If that's the case, just get in touch with us as soon as it's convenient to do so. We are always happy to help!

How far in advance should I reserve a vehicle?

We recommend reserving a vehicle as soon as you know you want one. If that isn't possible, try to book it several weeks in advance. While it is possible to make a reservation up to the date of service, we cannot guarantee that we will have anything available. Booking early ensures that not only do we have a vehicle available, we have the one you love available.

How old do you have to be to ride a Limo Bus?

We have no minimum age limit. If you have bridesmaids or groomsmen that are under 21 or you would like your flower girl or ring bearer to ride along with you, they are certainly all welcome. Please remember that nobody under the legal drinking age of 21 years old may have alcohol at any time.

Can we bring food and drinks onto the vehicle?

Yes! It's a celebration, so bring whatever you want (as long as it's legal)! We do appreciate our vehicles being left in the condition we bring them in, so please remove any trash from it at the end of your trip.

Is smoking allowed?

No. In order to keep our vehicles looking and smelling clean, we do not allow smoking.

Can we go outside the Chicago area?

Yes. It's your wedding, and you can go where you want! Please take note that if you leave our local service area, you will likely be responsible for a fuel surcharge. For more information on our service area, click on "Service Area" above or call one of our customer service representatives today.
